Delivery

We ship parcels via the Nova Poshta courier service. Delivery time is 1-3 business days from the day the order is dispatched.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to follow the parcel.

When placing an order, you can choose «To branch» or «To door» delivery. Charges follow the carrier's rates.

You can pay for your order in any way convenient for you: cash on delivery (cost as per Nova Poshta rates), or pay online by bank card — in which case delivery is completely free.

If the item doesn't fit, our consultants will help you arrange a return or exchange.
